Differences with the last Word document edition (version1.1, 2006-07-26)

INRIA's modification when making the document available in it's Wiki format:

• tables have been removed
• NF-2, NF-3, NF-4 and NF-5 have been removed; the associated requirements are grouped in the NF-1 Documentation
• Removed the C/C++ and Java compatibilities issues from "Platform Compatibility" NF requirement
